The pages and the PDFs
Checklists, question lists, and other printables are for your personal wedding planning. You may print them and share a copy with the person you are marrying, a parent who is helping, or the friend holding the timeline. You may not resell them, upload them as your own product, or present the writing as yours.
The dated checklist is generated in your browser from the date you enter. You are responsible for checking that the date is right. A task that says “call the clerk” is a reminder, not a statement of the law in your county.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Marriage license rules, name-change steps, and insurance vary. Budgets described here are illustrations, not a promise that a wedding in your city will cost a particular amount. Hire a professional when the question is one a professional should answer.
No warranty
The site and the files are provided as-is. We work to keep the task order sensible and the dates calculated correctly. We do not warrant that a vendor, a venue, or an office will behave the way a checklist hopes. To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for decisions you make from these pages, including missed appointments or money you spend.
Accounts and email
There is no user account on this version of the site. If you submit an email, you agree that we may write to you about the checklist and, later, about tools that are not for sale yet. You can unsubscribe. Do not submit someone else’s email.
Paid products, later
Prices mentioned for a future budget kit or binder are plans, not an offer. When something is for sale, the product page and the refund policy will say so, and those terms will govern the purchase. Until then, do not send money.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new draft or the published terms that replace it.
